Impact on Agency Revenue

One of the biggest factors influencing an agency's revenue is the rate of No-Shows and Late Cancellations of therapy appointments. While there are often legitimate reasons clients miss appointments, missing appointments is also an indicator of how much clients value making it to therapy. In our experience, even the most difficult clients miss far fewer sessions when  neurofeedback is part of their therapy.
