Eligible Client Populations

The mission of the NAP is to make neurofeedback accessible to those who need it by building capacity within our existing healthcare system, with a focus on agencies working with the underserved and those most vulnerable. Therefore, to be eligible to join the NAP, we seek agencies prioritizing providing services to low-income, Medicaid-eligible, underserved, or vulnerable populations. View the list of client populations that typically fall into these categories below.

Eligible client populations include but are not limited to:

  • At-risk children and/or children with mental, emotional or behavior disorder

  • Autism spectrum/Developmental Disabilities

  • Domestic violence

  • Drug court

  • Foster care

  • Homeless/Unhoused Individuals

  • Inmates recently released

  • Incarcerated adults

  • Juvenile justice

  • Low-income

  • Medicaid-Insured or Medicaid-Eligible

  • Military and veterans

  • Pain clinic

  • Physical and/or cognitive rehabilitation

  • Racial or ethnic minorities

  • Refugees

  • Seniors and/or memory care

  • Severely mentally ill

  • Special Education

  • Substance abuse
